We do not ship physical products.

No physical items will be mailed to you.


2. How Your Purchase Is Delivered

Once your purchase is completed:

  • A download link for your eBook(s) will be provided on the order confirmation page

  • A download link will also be sent to the email address used at checkout

Delivery is typically instant, but in some cases may take a few minutes.


3. If You Do Not Receive Your Download

If you:

  • Do not receive the download email

  • Cannot locate the email (including your spam or junk folder)

  • Experience a technical issue accessing the link

Please contact us via our Contact Form and include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

Once verified, we will resend the download link or email the files directly to you.


4. Download Access & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid email address at checkout

  • Ensuring their device can open PDF or supported eBook formats

We recommend downloading and saving your files promptly after purchase.


5. Delivery Issues & Resolution

If there is a confirmed technical issue preventing delivery:

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

  • If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy


6. No Shipping Fees or Delays

Because our products are digital:

  • There are no shipping fees

  • There are no shipping times or delays (except for custom books)
